If the tin wire is not broken, tin explosion will occur during welding: the flux (rosin) in the tin wire is uneven, and the tin explosion is caused by boiling during the continuous soldering process. Second, the phenomenon of tin explosion causes tin beads and flux to fly around. The "bad marks" on the workbench are proof of this, which affects the cleanliness of the workbench and the working environment;

 

Third, the phenomenon of tin explosion will cause burns to the operator when it is serious. Even if the operator is not burned, it will have a psychological barrier to him, and he will be hesitant to affect the efficiency of work.

 

Fourth, the automatic tin breaking machine is to split or punch a hole in the middle of the tin wire to allow the flux inside to seep out a little first. When it is welded at high temperature, it cannot expand and form gasification, thus avoiding the phenomenon of tin explosion.
